Ordering Information:
Instantron accepts the following methods of payments: Check in Advance, C.O.D. Orders, Credit Card Orders
(Accepting American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa).
Call Toll Free from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time to place your order. Most orders shipped within 24 hours. Or simply fax your order 24 hours a day at 401-433-4235. . . or use our after hours message center open daily from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM at 1-800-886-6141.
Credit Card Orders:
Simply supply the name, full account number with expiration date the card is under.
C.O.D. Orders:
Payment is made upon receipt of merchandise at your address. There is a small charge for this service.
Check in Advance:
Call our toll free line and place your order by telephone. We will give you the correct total to send.
Special Order Merchandise:
These items, simply because they are special order, are not returnable.
Orders Refused:
Postage will be charged from the original shipment and the reshipment must be paid in advance.
Canadian Customers:
Payment required is by either American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa in US Dollars or
checks with US issuing banks in US Dollars.
Shipping:
All items are shipped by the most cost-effective and secure method. Large items may be shipped by either truck or UPS and a signature is required on all shipments. Arrangements should be made for someone to sign for and receive your delivery at your delivery address. Shipping charges are as close as possible to the actual cost to ship incurred by the Instantron Company at the time of your order. Shipping charges for residential deliveries are higher. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the address the credit card is billed to. All shipping charges include shipping costs, special packaging, handling and insurance.

These services are available at a slight additional charge.
Return Items:
No returns will be accepted on epilators, needles, lotions, or liquids because of federal guidelines, no videos can be returned unless defective, and for replacement only.
Returned Merchandise:
No returned merchandise will be accepted for credit without prior authorization of the Instantron Company. If an item is accepted for return it must arrive in new condition, fully insured by you the shipper and returned in it’s original packaging. All sales are considered “final” thirty (30) days after receipt of merchandise. Return items are subject to a restocking fee. Return items not in original packaging are subject to a package fee.
Damages:
Inspect all items upon receipt. If any damages occur call Instantron within 10 days for instructions. Do not destroy any boxes until damages have been inspected.
Credits:
All credits held on account for six (6) months only.
